The TM2000 series consists of electronically controlled manual application devices for processing hotmelt polyamides.
The TM2000E system, which is also available on hire, solves tasks in the laboratory and testing situations, while TM200Z is designed for smallest series production. Supplied with a stand and time control, it ensures reproducible results.
The devices in the TM2000 series are quickly filled. They stand out with a high melting rate and optimum time control. Moulding takes place in low-pressure injection moulding in a pressure range from 1.5 to 5 bar.
The temperature is fully variable with accuracy of +1°C, ensuring low temperature load on the moulded parts. The use of aluminium for the tools results in low tool costs.
The hand guns in the TM2000 series are made in Germany in accordance with the valid German quality standards.
Hotmelt moulding platform TM 2300

The TM2300 moulding station with its consistently modular structure is the most flexible solution for producing your hotmelt application. It is suitable for all common standard tool concepts with the available tool holders, right through to hot runner tools. The cooling or heating needed for the moulding material in accordance with the process requirements is provided indirectly through the tool holder. This makes it much easier to change the tool, managing without loose hoses or hose connections.
Solutions with a vertical or horizontal single or multi-point gate are possible and can be fed by the material preparation system needed for the specific material. In the standard version, the clamping force is 1400 kg and can be upgraded with different cylinder sizes or additional tool clamping systems.
The sub-mould is moved manually out to the user for unhindered access when inserting the parts being processed. The variable holder level of the upper mould has a clamping path reduction feature for the shortest possible clamping times.
The system is devised for one operator. An optional switch box can be added to operate two TM2300 platforms at one material feed point, thus giving the greatest possible production capacity for one operator with ideal cost effectiveness. The Machine Safety Directive is fulfilled to level D for maximum occupational safety going way beyond the minimum requirements.

Hotmelt moulding station TM 3500

The TM3500 moulding station is designed for low-pressure injection moulding specifically in smaller to medium-sized series. The compact size permits productive manufacturing of small to medium-sized coating procedures of inserted parts, e.g. for sensor technology, cable production or electronic components.
The TM3500 has a three-part tool concept. The complete tool system consists of one top mould and two identical sub-moulds. The gate consists of one or two injection valves positioned horizontally to the rear in the tool separation level.
The lower sub-moulds alternate on a manual sliding table under the top mould. A Plexiglas safeguard protects the operator while the procedure takes place. Tool clamping is pneumatic up to a clamping force of 1000 kg with maximum occupational safety thanks to the convenient two-hand control.
